Message from the projects director

Hilcrest Technical Contracting & Construction (HTC) is an EPC marine contractor specialising in the design and construction of marine infrastructure. Our core capabilities include berths, quay walls, breakwaters, marine piling works, and the shore-based infrastructure that integrates these elements into the wider project scope.

Through our integrated approach, engineering design, construction methodology and site execution are coordinated within the same group. Unlike the regional practice of subcontracting engineering, this gives tighter technical control, better constructability and closer alignment between design intent and execution shaping our cost modelling, planning and agility against variable ground conditions, interface risks and constrained marine access windows.

In parallel with our EPC operations, HTC's marine division operates as a marine agency, managing vessels on behalf of owners and undertaking everything required to mobilise them into service: classification and flag compliance, mobilisation planning, crewing, regulatory clearances and full operational readiness prior to handover.

Operating across an active vessel pool, we hold data-driven insight into vessel performance, owner reliability and market availability letting us secure fit-for-purpose assets efficiently and on time in a competitive regional market.
