Quality management underpins every HTC activity, and we bring a professional, structured approach to project delivery. Company policy is to provide superior service by understanding and responding to client needs and expectations, and by managing projects systematically to maximise value for all stakeholders.

Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and our documentation provides objective, fully traceable evidence that each project conforms to its regulatory and contractual obligations.

Health & Safety

Occupational health and safety is a priority at HTC, and our safety record is a key competitive advantage. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy and positive working environment for our employees and everyone in our care.

The target is zero class-one incidents and the reduction — ultimately the elimination — of all lost-time incidents on site. Safety management committees carry out monthly audits on every project to verify compliance with our safety policy and with ISO 45001:2018 certification for the Group's occupational health and safety system.

Environmental Management

HTC recognises the environmental impact its works can have, so environmental management is built into our project management and reporting systems.

Our environmental policy commits us to full compliance with all relevant environmental legislation, to taking every practicable measure to prevent pollution in our activities, and to conserving resources through the efficient use of energy and materials.

In-Country Value

HTC holds an ICV (In-Country Value) certificate and is committed to strengthening the UAE economy through local procurement, investment in Emirati and UAE-based talent, and the development of a resilient domestic supply chain. ICV performance is tracked and improved year on year across our projects.
