Marine Division
With a specialized staff of Civil and Marine Engineers, planners and draughtsman, HTC has participated in numerous Civil and Marine projects. The design and construction of quay wall structures, jetties, locks, barriers, bridges and tunnels, the preparation of method statements, the performance of dredging analyses etc. have been part of our activities. Our project teams also provide construction management services such as cost estimates, preparation of contract documents and technical specifications, supervision and construction administration.
We place a high importance on understanding physical processes. This includes the design of breakwaters and revetments, wave climate studies, coastal hydrology and scour protections. Along with experience with the theoretical aspects of hydraulic engineering, we are also familiar with the practical aspects of bed, bank and shoreline protection projects.
Hilcrest has a special classification for marine works and has its own design engineering team. Our capability in the marine field is greatly enhanced by our equity partnership with MUC Engineering, a multinational company headquartered in the Netherlands specialising in Marine and Oil and Gas Operations whose services are available to us on priority.

Oil & Gas Division
Hilcrest’s Oil and Gas Division serves the oil and gas, energy, petro-chemical and industrial sectors. We undertake the design, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation process of steel structures, industrial piping, tanks and heavy equipment installations at green and brown fields for on-shore as well as off-shore projects.

HTC is active in the oil, gas and chemical industry. We design and engineer the construction, adjustment or maintenance of piping, manifolds, valves and other mechanical structures specific for the handling of oil- gas- and petrochemical products.

Civil Construction Division
HTC along with MUC has built several commercial and residential buildings, housing complexes, labour camps Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Dubai. The company specialises in construction works using the latest formwork technology and methods of construction including engineering and design works.​
Our Civil Division also undertakes projects involved in Marine as well as Oil & Gas fields - heavy civil engineering, large equipment foundations, blast proof structures in live plant areas and residential complexes in both on-shore and off-shore locations.
HTC also has its own in-house MEP department which helps us remain a one stop shop for all the client’s needs. We design, execute and build projects that include complete MEP works such as HVAC, plumbing, internet and satellite connection, fire safety and low current systems for residential buildings, commercial establishments, hotels and housing projects.
