About Us

Hilcrest Technical Contracting & Construction (HTC) is a UAE-based marine and civil contractor with a heritage of more than four decades in deep foundations and marine construction. We deliver jetties, quay walls, dredging, harbours and industrial civil works for national oil companies, port authorities, terminal operators and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience and interface design of HTC's internal applications, including project reporting, fleet and HSE tools.
• Work with engineers, site teams and management to understand their workflows and translate them into clear, practical designs.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, and test them with real users.
• Maintain a consistent design system across HTC's digital products and the company website.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are delivered accurately and to a high standard.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product, UX or UI design, with a portfolio showing end-to-end design work.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing data-rich or operational applications; exposure to construction or engineering is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend design decisions.
