About Us

Hilcrest Technical Contracting & Construction (HTC) is a UAE-based marine and civil contractor with a heritage of more than four decades in deep foundations and marine construction. We deliver jetties, quay walls, dredging, harbours and industrial civil works for national oil companies, port authorities, terminal operators and government clients.

With our own marine fleet, in-house engineering and an Integrated Management System certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, we combine practical site experience with a commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across HTC's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Work with project and site teams to capture photos, videos and stories from marine and civil works.
• Showcase project milestones, certifications, HSE achievements and company news in line with HTC's brand.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report on performance and growth.
• Support recruitment campaigns, events and corporate communications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing social media for a company or brand, ideally in a B2B or industrial sector.
• Excellent written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Photography, video editing and design skills, and familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Willingness to visit project sites and work within HTC's safety requirements.
