HTC delivers civil, marine and structural construction for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities across the UAE. Working to the standards of national oil companies and terminal operators, our teams build the foundations, structures and marine interfaces that keep production, storage and export facilities running safely.

Our scope covers new-build facilities, brownfield expansions and shutdown works inside live plants. We plan every activity around permit-to-work systems, simultaneous operations and strict HSE requirements, so that construction never compromises the safety or availability of the operating facility.

Because design, engineering, procurement and construction are coordinated within one group, and our own floating plant supports offshore and nearshore scopes, clients deal with a single accountable contractor from early engineering through to handover.
