HTC has reached one million safe man-hours without a lost-time incident, a milestone achieved across our marine and civil sites, our fleet and our yards.

This achievement reflects the daily commitment of every team member to working safely. It is built on clear procedures, thorough planning, regular toolbox talks and a culture where anyone can stop work if they see something unsafe.

How we got here
