Who We Are

For over four decades HTC has delivered civil and marine facilities for the domestic construction market, keeping pace with current engineering practice and construction technology.

HTC maintains a fleet of floating equipment, and delivers scopes from in-house design through to marine execution — engineering, procurement and construction coordinated within one group.

Our construction scope covers industrial terminals for a range of solid and liquid trade commodities, shipyards, commercial and passenger harbours, container terminals and all industrial civil works.
