HTC has been recognised for its contribution to the UAE In-Country Value (ICV) programme, which supports local procurement, investment and employment across the national economy.

As an ICV certified contractor, HTC prioritises UAE-based suppliers and subcontractors, invests in local facilities and equipment, and supports the development of skills within the country.
