New tug and barge join the HTC fleet

HTC has expanded its marine fleet with the addition of a new tug and barge, increasing our capacity to support marine construction and logistics across the region.

The new vessels will support material transport, towing and positioning of floating plant on our projects. Before entering service, both were inspected, equipped and crewed in line with class requirements and our own marine procedures.

Owning our fleet gives our clients reliability and gives us control of our programmes. These additions strengthen our ability to respond quickly to new projects.

The tug and barge join the existing HTC fleet, including our 200-ton crane barge, self-propelled barges and tugs, all maintained by our in-house marine teams.

Both vessels are already being deployed on active projects, and we will continue to review the fleet to match the needs of our clients and upcoming work.
